arkadaşı mumla arıyor olduk
sen diyene hemen kanıyor olduk
insanlık nerde soruyor olduk
şimdi dost bulmak zor oldu

yok oldu gelenegimiz töremiz
kırıldı sazımız söylenmiyor türkümüz
kitap oldu zamanla öykümüz
şimdi raflarda kir toz oldu

mehmet 'i kim ne kadar tanır
işte böyle hep yanıp yakınır
